Terms of Service
If you're planning on commissioning me or contacting me, Please read my TERMS OF SERVICE before hand. It contains information on how I process commissions and what to expect before, during and after. If you have any questions please do not be afraid to ask. I'd be happy to clarify.
I post when I am open or closed for commissions on Tumblr and Instagram. I primarily communicate over Discord, but can respond to DMs on other platforms (I will be slowed to respond). If you plan on reaching out to me, please use my email and discord ID responsibly. DO NOT SPAM ME. Doing so will have you immediately blocked.
If I do not respond to you after 24 hours trying reaching out to me again, if I do not respond then I've either been swept up in something or there is a communication error.
All prices start at a minimum base that can change depending on the complexity and/or time.

01. General Terms
1.1. All drawings will include a subtle sign that you may not remove.
1.2. I might record the drawing process and post it on my Youtube.
1.3. Prices are subject to change based on demand.
1.4. I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.
1.5. I will not accept rude and unethical behavior or unprofessional and entitled clients. Any behavior of that kind will not be tolerated and I will drop your commission.
1.6. Do NOT use my artwork in anything NFT/Crypto related.
02. Payment
2.1. Currency accepted is USD ONLY and HAS to be paid through either PayPal or Ko-fi.

2.2. Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.
2.3. Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.

2.4. Extra payment may be added depending on the complexity of the piece.

2.5. 50% - 100% of the payment for an extra character based on character complexity.
03. Process and Delivery
3.1. You must have a ref sheet for your characters, preferably one that has a palette and/or is unshaded (a colored sheet may not be required for certain commissions)
3.2. Please make sure that you have an idea of what you’d like me to draw, and describe what you’d like.
3.3. I will notify you when I have started on your commission, to make sure everything is in order.
3.4. While I'm working on your commission I will send you progress photos to ensure everything is to your liking.
3.5. The time it takes to finish your commission can vary from a week to 2+ months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, school, and other work.
3.6. If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know A.S.A.P.
3.7. Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image along with a web-friendly size.
04. Copyright/Usage Policy
As the artist of the commission, I claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the artwork to:

Promote my work with it

Display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.)

Post it wherever I want.
The buyer is allowed to:
Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)
Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself
Use the artwork to promote themselves, with credit to me (the artist)
Use the artwork on their Youtube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings
The following is considered copyright infringement:
Do not use my artwork for commercial use, which means Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork unless it has been discussed. (Said discussion must be made BEFORE the commission is started)
Do not claim the artwork as your own
Do not remove any of my signatures from the artwork
Do not alter the artwork without my consent

05. Revision
5.1. If you’d like to make adjustments or fixes, describe what you wish to be changed, Please don’t make me change a thousand things…
5.2. I will fix my own mistakes for free.
5.3. Once again, make sure you’ve stated EVERYTHING you want in your commission, as well as the correct reference source in order to produce your commission with as few hiccups as possible.
06. Refund/Cancellation
Policy
6.1. The buyer is not allowed a refund once I’ve started working on the commission
6.2. If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund
6.3. If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund
6.4. If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself
WHAT DO YOU GET?

Drafts/mockups that you must decide which one I should continue with (depending on the complexity of the commission there might be fewer or more drafts)

Sketch and/or final sketches that you must accept before I continue the work
-
Insight and involvement in color plan (depending on the complexity of the commissioned piece)
-
A full-resolution file of the final drawing. Final file formats are usually PNG
